A sedan left the freeway and collided with a tree along Interstate 5 northbound, about a mile south of the Tri City exit on Sunday evening.

An Oregon State Police report said at 6:20 p.m. the vehicle went up an embankment on the shoulder of the roadway, and came to an uncontrolled stop as it hit the tree. The 18-year old driver declined medical attention.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
