The Winston City Council will hold its first meeting of 2023 on Tuesday night.

A public hearing on the Douglas Fast Net franchise agreement will be held. A number of reports will be given. Other items are on the agenda as well. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
