Costumed characters of all ages are invited to downtown Roseburg for the 2026 Neewollah Parade and trick-or-treating event on Saturday, October 31st.

A City of Roseburg release said participants should meet at 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Douglas Avenue. The parade down Southeast Jackson will begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by downtown trick-or-treating through 7:00 p.m. Costumes are encouraged.

Neewollah—Halloween spelled backward—has been a Roseburg tradition since 1933. Organizers say the annual celebration brings families and community members together for a festive evening in the heart of downtown.
