The Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce will have a Roseburg Forum event on Monday, October 19th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

A chamber release said the forum is a new monthly gathering built around topics that matter to the business community. This month National Forest Products Month will be celebrated as local industry leaders talk about the role timber plays in the Douglas County economy from workforce and innovation to what comes next.

Douglas Timber Operators Executive Director Matt Hill will be the moderator. Lunch is included. To register call the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce at 672-2648.
