Roseburg Police cited a teen Thursday afternoon following a prior fight at Roseburg High School.

An RFD report said on September 24th at 7:00 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance at a volleyball game, which involved multiple subjects. After reviewing video footage from the school, officers determined that an 18-year-old male had initiated the fight by punching the victim in the face, which led to a brief scuffle inside the gym lobby.

The male was cited for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct and was released.
