Beginning September 8, the Interstate 5 southbound onramp from Del Rio Road in the Winchester area is closed Sunday through Thursday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

A release from Oregon Department of Transportation said that the Interstate 5 southbound onramp from Del Rio Road is also restricted to 10 feet in width daily Mondays through Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 12:00 p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

While the I-5 southbound Exit 129 on-ramp from Del Rio Road is closed or restricted, motor carriers can take Old Highway 99 to re-enter Interstate 5 south at Exit 125 on Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg.

The estimated completion date for this work is October 31st according to ODOT.
