Roseburg Police jailed a man for littering in front of the Public Safety Center on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 11:30 a.m. officers arrested the 51-year-old after he was allegedly seen scattering several pieces of trash in the parking lot of the city building. The man was charged with offensive littering. Bail was set at $1,250.
