Sutherlin Police cited a man for walking on the railroad tracks on Sunday night.

An SPD report said just before 9:20 p.m. officers contacted the 33-year-old as he was on the tracks within the city limits. The man had been warned before and was cited for second-degree criminal trespass before being released.
