Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 6:15 p.m. officers contacted the 34-year-old in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street knowing he had the warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the man was taken into custody without incident. During the arrest, officers allegedly located a small amount of methamphetamine. A detainer was issued by the man’s parole officer. He was charged with the warrant, a parole violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. The man was detained without bail.
