Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal trespass early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 1:50 a.m. officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway after security personnel said a man had returned to the facility after being previously trespassed,

The man allegedly refused to leave the hospital when officers told him to and was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and detained on $1,000 bail.
