On Friday, the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested a Winston man on suspicion of several narcotics related charges.
DINT Commander Lieutenant Rick McArthur said at approximately 11:00 a.m. detectives contacted 29-year-old Ryian Martin at a residence in the 100 block of Newton Drive in Winston. McArthur said a search of the residence revealed approximately 52 grams of suspected cocaine, 74 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, 5 grams of suspected MDMA- commonly known as ecstasy or molly – and a handgun.
Martin was detained at the Douglas County Jail on charges of unlawful possession, delivery and manufacture of cocaine, unlawful possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, and unlawful possession of psilocybin. Martin was held without bail.
