Roseburg Police cited a man Thursday for a reported past theft incident.

An RPD report said on December 19th, a victim claimed an unknown man had stolen his wallet while he was at a business in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens Street. Video footage allowed officers to identity the suspect as a 30-year-old man. He was contacted and admitted to the incident.

The man was cited for second-degree theft and was released.
