Roseburg Police charged a man with harassment following an alleged incident on Sunday morning.

An RPD report said officers developed probable cause after an investigation stemming from a disturbance in the 500 block of Northeast Clover Avenue. At 9:00 a.m. the 31-year-old was arrested after the victim reported that the suspect had grabbed her breast so hard that it bruised her.

Bail was set at $2,500.
