In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
Umpqua Community College Performing and Visual Arts presents the Umpqua Chamber Orchestra and the UCC Chamber Choir performing their Spring Concert on May 6th at 7:00 p.m. at the Whipple Fine Arts Center on the school’s campus.
Under the direction of Dr. Jason Heald, the concert will include ballet music from Jean Phillipe Rameau, and “Dances of Panama” by William Grant Still, as well as Mozart’s
“Sinfonia Concertante”.
