The Subway sandwich shop on Northwest Stewart Parkway in Roseburg has re-opened.

After being closed late last year, the store has a new franchisee. Utahsubs also operates Subway stores in Myrtle Creek and Canyonville. Sharnjit Mahil told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that this Subway location is one of the few in the area that has a drive through.

Mahil said the business is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 10 to 12 employees are working at the location.

Subway is one of the largest fast-food chains in the country, with over 20,000 locations as of early this year.
