Roseburg Police cited a woman for a criminal count of prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:15 a.m. officers contacted the 31-year-old in the area of the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street. Her camp was in violation of the time and place portions of the camping ordinance. She had two prior convictions for prohibited camping.

The woman was released after her citation was issued.
