Roseburg Police cited a man for first-degree criminal trespass following an overnight incident early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 1:40 a.m. officers contacted the 38-year-old, who was walking on the railroad property in the 300 block of Southeast Pine Street. He was released after the citation was issued.
