Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged criminal trespass on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:45 a.m. the 58-year-old was contacted in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street regarding a complaint. The man had been contacted by a business owner over the course of the last several days and told that he was not allowed at that location.

The man returned again and reportedly left garbage behind. He was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering. The man was released after his citation was issued.
