Roseburg Police cited a man on the charge of third-degree theft on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:20 p.m. the 46-year-old turned himself into the police department for a theft he committed in early February. The man had stolen $10 worth of merchandise from a store in the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens Street.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
