DCSO ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE MISSING 81-YEAR-OLD MAN

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Robert Troyer, a missing 81-year-old man with dementia.

Undersheriff Brad O’Dell said Troyer was last seen on Friday at approximately 11:20 a.m., when he drove away from his Roseburg home in a green 2001 Dodge Dakota pickup with a canopy. O’Dell said Troyer is not in possession of his cell phone or known to possess any other digital device that could aid in locating him. Troyer has been diagnosed with dementia and requires medication he does not have in his possession.

Troyer is described at a white male adult who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes.

O’Dell said anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Troyer is asked to call DCSO at 440-4471.
