An RPD report said at 7:30 p.m. officers responded to the facility in the 500 block of Southeast Lane Avenue. The 48-year-old allegedly caused a disturbance and started a fight with the manager.

Upon arrival, officers saw the suspect outside the building allegedly acting belligerent and then breaking a window at the location, by kicking it.
