Tuesday is the last day to register as a new Oregon voter, ahead of the November General Election.

Douglas County Clerk Daniel Loomis said current voters can make changes in their status up to election day. Loomis said to get registered, go to a link on the Oregon Secretary of State’s website: https://secure.sos.state.or.us/orestar/vr/register.do?lang=eng

The bulk of county ballots are given to the U.S. Postal Service on Wednesday.
