The Roseburg Salvation Army will begin taking applications for its Angel Tree program soon.

Captain Edith Dye-Mabie said Angel Tree is their annual Christmas toy program, to help those in need. Dye-Mabie said applications can be turned in throughout the month of October. Their office on Northeast Stephens Street will accept them Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00p.m.

For people who can’t make it in, call 672-6581 and leave a message. The Family Services office will return calls.
