Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. an officer observed the 42-year-old man drinking a beer at the corner of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Rowe Street. A citation was issued and the man was released.
