This month at the Better Life Roseburg Seventh Day Adventist Church, an extensively equipped and specialized dental van will be on-site every Sunday and Wednesday to provide, by appointment, necessary dental care for the community at large.

A church release said it has been estimated that a significant part of local underserved and uninsured population in Douglas County is faced with considerable pain and disability due to serious dental problems surrounding unfilled cavities and generally poor dental health.

Their dental van opportunities will provide care and recommendations to people with concerns such as:

*Cavities requiring care and fillings causing pain

*Important dental evaluations and necessary cleaning and care

*Dental extractions

Care is free. Individuals who believe they need care are to call the dental phone at 458-314-0499. The church is at 1109 Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg.
