A transient was cited by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, due to an ongoing issue on Tuesday.

A DCSO report said the 29-year-old keeps returning to the courthouse even though he has been advised of trespass multiple times. Monday he was there again with no official business and was moved along. Tuesday just before 7:30 a.m. he returned to the building so was taken into custody. The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. He was detained without bail.
