A California man was arrested by Roseburg Police and charged with harassment on Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:30 a.m. officers responded after a caller said there was a physical altercation at the Roseburg Rescue Mission in the 700 block of Southeast Pine Street. The 24-year old allegedly punched a victim in the face numerous times. The suspect was found a short distance away and was taken into custody.

He was held on $2,500 bail.
