The STEAM Extravaganza happening on the Umpqua Community College campus this Saturday.

STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, art and math and the event is designed to engage the community in different, exciting ways.

The STEAM Extravaganza will he held outside on the UCC lawn from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

A variety of activities and displays will be available including robotics demonstrations and digital science examples, hands-on “Take-Apart” science, drone flights, STEAM table demonstrations, and more.

UCC said the event is free and will be fun for all ages.

Free food will be provided and there’s no registration required.
