Roseburg Police jailed a man following reports of reckless driving on Saturday.

Information from RPD said at 10:30 a.m. multiple callers said an SUV was heading westbound on Highway 138E, about 8 miles east of Roseburg and was going at well over 100 miles per hour, running other vehicles off the road. The vehicle was spotted outside a business in the 2200 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard.

48-year old Zachery Meuser allegedly admitted to driving at about 100 miles per hour. Witnesses were called, and all corroborated the dangerous driving. Meuser was charged with two counts each of reckless driving and reckless endangering. He was held without bail and then released on Sunday.
