Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged trespass incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 8:30 a.m. 53-year old Andre Lindsey was arrested after he entered the lobby of the Rose Apartments in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens Street. Lindsey had been previously trespassed from the location but refused to leave. The suspect was allegedly causing alarm in the lobby and yelling. He reportedly attempted to punch a victim in the face after she tried to make him leave.

Lindsey was charged with 2nd-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, attempted harassment and for violating a city exclusion notice. Bail was set at $10,000
