Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged DUII incident and for a felony count of driving while suspended Monday night.

An RPD report said at 10:00 p.m. officers stopped 64-year old Jeffrey Collister for a traffic violation near the corner of Southeast Lane Avenue and Southeast Rose Street. Officers observed signs of impairment and Collister consented to standard field sobriety tests. He performed poorly and was placed under arrest.

The driver also returned with a felony suspended Oregon driver license. Officers transported him to corrections where he allegedly refused a breath test. Collister was also charged with driving uninsured, breath test refusal and for making an un-signaled turn.

Bail was set at $150,000.
