Roseburg Police jailed a Myrtle Point man following an alleged trespass incident early Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 12:10 a.m. officers responded to the Super 8 motel in the 3200 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after a caller said the 61-year old man was at the location causing issues and refusing to leave.

An officer contacted the suspect and advised him that he was trespassed from the location and needed to leave. The man refused and was taken into custody. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and detained on $1,250 bail.
