Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree theft Tuesday after he allegedly stole a wheelchair on February 3rd.

An RPD report said the incident took place at a business in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. An officer located the 41-year old Tuesday and gave him the citation. The suspect was then released from custody.
