Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited burning on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said just after 10:30 p.m. officers contacted the 39-year old regarding a fire at his camp in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The suspect had been contacted multiple times earlier in the week and had been warned of the city ordinance.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
