Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said just before 10:30 p.m. the 40-year old was seen sitting on the bicycle path under the Washington Street Bridge in the 4100 block of Southeast Spruce Street, and drinking from a can of beer.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
