GOVERNOR ANNOUNCES JACKSON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT VACANCY

Governor Tina Kotek announced Thursday that she is accepting applications for a judicial vacancy on the Jackson County Circuit Court created by the planned retirement of Judge Joseph M. Charter.

A release said the governor thanked Judge Charter for his dedicated judicial service and announced that she will fill the position by appointment. Judge Charter’s retirement takes effect May 1st.

Interested applicants should address their completed application forms to Richard A. Lane, General Counsel, at the Office of the Governor. Governor Kotek encourages applications from lawyers with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.
