The 2023 Festival of Colors AFS Banquet is set for March 5th.

AFS Intercultural Programs is an international youth exchange organization, and was originally known as the American Field Service.

The Douglas County Chapter is holding the event to raise funds for scholarships so local students can go abroad, and to provide activities for exchange students here from other countries.

Those attending can find out more about the local organization and what it does. The banquet will begin at 5:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church on West Harvard Avenue in Roseburg. It will be catered by Alexander’s Greek Cuisine. Tickets are $30 per person or $15 for those age 18 and under. A table of 8 is $210.
