Icy conditions were blamed for a Sunday morning crash on Interstate 5 southbound.

An Oregon State Police report said shortly before 6:30 a.m. the driver from California lost control of her pickup near the Oakland interchange. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned. The driver and the passenger stated they were sore, but both declined medical attention.

The pickup was towed from the scene.,
