The Umpqua Economic Development Partnership has its next Pitch Night happening on Wednesday February 1st.

People with a new business idea or a start-up will be able to compete for real money. The first-place pitch receives $1,000, with other cash prizes to be awarded by a panel of judges. The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Backside Brewing Company on Northeast Odell Avenue in Roseburg.
