Sutherlin Police arrested a man after alleged criminal mischief incidents on Saturday night.

An SPD report said just after 7:30 p.m. the 58-year old allegedly came into a business in the 1000 block of East Central Avenue and flicked a victim in the ear. He was then seen leaving the business and allegedly kicked the fence of the business, breaking a portion of it.

The report said a few minutes later the man came back to the area and allegedly threw butter all over a vehicle’s windshield, splattering other vehicles in the process.

The suspect was contacted later and admitted to everything but the harassment. He was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $3,750.
