A 7-mile section of the Tiller Trail Highway is closed due to adverse weather and dangerous road conditions.

Information from the Douglas County Public Works Department said the closure is from milepost 35 near Tison Road to milepost 42, which is the county line. The area is dealing with impacts from high wind, including downed and hazardous trees, limited visibility and debris blocking all lanes of travel. DCPW crews have been working in the area since Wednesday evening, attempting to clear the road.
