Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 10:30 p.m. the 40-year old from Myrtle Creek was contacted because he was yelling and walking in the street, in the 200 block of Southeast Stephens Street.

The suspect was cited and released at the Douglas County Jail.
