Roseburg Police cited a man for a criminal count of prohibited camping on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 5:25 p.m. officers contacted the 47-year-old who was camping along the South Umpqua River near Templin Beach Park in the 100 block of Southeast Templin Avenue. The man had four convictions for prohibited camping, which made this incident a crime.
