A Roseburg man was cited for an alleged criminal mischief incident by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said the 29-year old man and a neighbor in the 500 block of West Umpqua Street have an ongoing dispute. At 10:00 p.m. the suspect allegedly followed his neighbor into their apartment, then broke a window when they went inside.

The man was contacted at CHI Mercy Medical Center and cited for second-degree criminal mischief. He was then released.
