5 people were cited for offensive littering as officers from the Roseburg Police contacted people that were camping at Gaddis Park on Monday morning.

An RPD report said those contacted ranged in age from 27 to 61. All allegedly had a large amount of garbage strewn around their camp. The citations were issued in a one-hour period beginning at 7:45 a.m.
