The Roseburg City Council will hold its first in-person meeting in more than a year on Monday, after the City ended most COVID-19 restrictions based on updated state guidelines.
The City continues COVID-19 capacity restrictions of 35 square feet per person for the time being, so the attendance is limited to 47 people.
Mayor Larry Rich will issue a proclamation designating July as Parks and Recreation month.
The meeting will include a special presentation by Roseburg Public Library RARE Participant Kate Fischer. Public hearings will be held on amending a portion of the City’s zoning map and on a supplemental budget establishing the American Rescue Plan Act special revenue fund and making appropriate revisions
