A Roseburg woman was cited for DUII and reckless driving, following an incident early Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 4:30 a.m. the 29-year old allegedly high centered her vehicle on the railroad tracks behind a business in the area of Southeast Mosher and Southeast Sheridan. The report said the driver exhibited signs of impairment and consented to field sobriety tests, which she performed poorly.

The woman was released after the citation was issued.
