A Roseburg man was cited for third-degree theft in an alleged store incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 7:30 a.m. the 45-year old allegedly entered a mini-mart in the 300 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway and stole an alcoholic beverage. The suspect then reportedly locked himself inside the bathroom of the business. When officers arrived at the store, the man came out without further incident.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
