1 MORE DEATH, 10 MORE POSITIVE, 1 PRESUMPTIVE NOW POSITIVE

1 more person has died related to COVID-19 in Douglas County, 10 more people have received new positive test results, 1 presumptive has been moved to positive with a positive test result, and there is 1 new presumptive to report, as of Thursday.

County Public Health Officer Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer said the latest death was a 72-year old woman who was diagnosed with COVID-19 on June 15th and passed away on July 7th.

8 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 3 locally and 5 outside the area. 89 people are in isolation. 121 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 210 people that are either in isolation or quarantine. That is a decrease of 8 people since Wednesday.
