Zumba in the Park starts Wednesday evening, thanks to the YMCA of Douglas County and the Roseburg Parks and Recreation Department.

A release said the workout mixes low and high intensity moves in interval-style, family friendly dance fitness parties weekly from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. through August 25th. Free sessions are held in the grass just west of the large pavilion in Stewart Park.

No registration is needed. Those participating should bring water. Call the YMCA at 440-9622 or the Roseburg Parks and Recreation Department at 492-6899 to get more information.
